Дуже цікава можливість для молодих лідерів громадянського суспільства, медіа, уряду, академічних інституцій і бізнесу взяти участь у платформі лідерства LeadxChange 1-6 липня в Технопарку Тбілісі, Грузія. Заявки приймаються до 7 червня 2019 року.
Інститут висвітлення війни та миру (IWPR) запускає платформу лідерства LeadxChange, розроблену в партнерстві зі Школою права і дипломатії ім. Флетчера Університету Тафтса та Асоціації Об’єднаних Націй в Грузії (UNAG).
LeadxChange відкритий для учасників з Грузії, Вірменії, Азербайджану, України та Молдови.

Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) is launching a leadership platform LeadxChange designed in partnership with Tufts’ Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG).
LeadxChange will be held on 1-6 July at Tech Park Tbilisi, Georgia and offers advanced masterclasses, modelled challenges, negotiation simulations and fireside chats led by prominent leaders, experts and mentors from Harvard Kennedy School, Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, CISCO, NewsGuard Technologies, Center for Democracy and Technology, Atlantic Council, NATO, Institute for War and Peace Reporting, Civil Georgia and other world-class institutions. The program consists of two parts: LEADx (1-6 July) and SIMULEX (4-5 July) – multidisciplinary crisis and risk management simulation exercise. SIMULEX is open to up to 120 participants from across Eastern Partnership countries. The inaugural scenario will focus on a modelled crisis in the Black Sea region.
Registration is available for both parts of the program separately till June 7th, 2019.
LeadxChange is open to 40 participants from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova.
LeadxChange is designed for emerging leaders in security, policy, media, civil society, tech and private sectors from across the EU’s Eastern Partnership countries (except Belarus).
Participants should be:
- Mid-level professional (25-35 age) from government, civil society, media, private sector or academia
- Committed to change and innovation in your community/organisation
- Able to demonstrate leadership potential in your respective field
- Fluent in English
Leadership and negotiations, disinformation, national security, and the role of technology in democratic governance will be the key topics of this year’s LeadxChange.
A core element of Leadx will be a multidisciplinary crisis and risk management simulation exercise, SIMULEX. SIMULEX is open to up to 120 participants from across the EU’s Eastern Partnership countries. The inaugural scenario will focus on a modelled crisis in the Black Sea region.
Applications are open on a rolling-basis through 7 June, 2019.
Travel and accommodation grants are available for participants from Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova.
