Please note this is a notice that Deloitte intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the anticipated work. Deloitte requests that interested parties provide their contact information to Reed Allen [email protected] and Shirley Albritton [email protected]. The RFP for the work will be issued to interested parties and launched on Coupa through Prostir and Gurt when it is available.
There is an urgent need for generators at the Chernihiv Oblast Children’s Hospital to help restore capacity to the facility. To qualify for consideration, bidders must demonstrate an established presence in the Chernihiv region. This presence should be evident by active and previous projects in the area, confirming that the bidder has the local operational capacity to manage the project with the necessity for extensive travel.
The scope of work for the preparation, installation and construction includes the following:
- Installation and construction services for a 70 kW generator and associated infrastructure;
- Preparation of applicable construction permits and kick off activities;
- Project handover including providing operations and maintenance manuals and training to assist with the proper and ongoing maintenance of the installed generators and associated infrastructure.
The Contractor will be required to perform all construction, installation, and oversight related activities. The anticipated performance period is under one (1) year and handover activities must be completed by March 31, 2025.
The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Per FAR 36.204, the size and complexity of the project is in the magnitude of $25k-$100k (USD).
All contractors are required to have a UEI number from SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
