Repair Facilitation Ukraine Project Phase 2 is a project of the Swiss Government, implemented by Helvetas Ukraine and DESPRO in Ukraine. The overall goal of this RFQ is to engage an external auditing company to perform auditing of DESPRO organization for Repair Facilitation Ukraine Project Phase II.
The Financial Information of the project shall be audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA 805) “Special Considerations Audits of Single Financial Statements and Specific Elements, Accounts or Items of a Financial Statement”.
