ГС «Західноукраїнський кластер індустрії моди» оголошує тендер на закупівлю послуги Міжнародного Експерта з Моди з Питань Бізнесу та Розвитку Брендів для реалізації проєкту Fashion Park Ukraine InterEUaction in light/textile/fashion industry sector, з метою інтернаціоналізації кластеру , сприянні та підтримці виходу українських МСП текстильної/легкої/фешн індустрії на ринки ЄС та запрошує Вас надіслати свої цінові пропозиції./West Ukrainian Fashion Industry Cluster  announces  a tender for the procurement of International Fashion Expert On Business and Brand Development services for the implementation Fashion Park Ukraine project: InterEUaction in light/textile/fashion industry sector, with the aim of internationalizing the cluster, facilitating and supporting the entry of Ukrainian SMEs in the textile/fashion industry into EU markets and invites you to send your commercial offer.

До участі у тендері запрошуються як юридичні особи, так і фізичні особи-підприємці 3-ї групи оподаткування./Both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the 3rd taxation group are invited to participate in the tender.

Виконавець, який має намір взяти участь у тендері повинен надіслати тендерну пропозицію, яка містить/The contractor intending to participate in the tender shall submit a tender proposal that contains:

-    Супровідний лист/ Cover letter;   

• Інформацію про постачальника: підтвердження фаховості учасника та експертності у сфері виконання робіт, СV з релевантним досвідом від 8 років/Information about the supplier: confirmation of the participant’s professionalism and expertise in the field of work, CV with relevant experience of 8 years or more.
• Копії відповідних дипломів та сертифікатів/ Copies of relevant degrees and certification.
• Цінову пропозицію згідно чітко визначених пунктів вказаних в переліку  завдань  міжнародного експерта з моди з питань бізнесу та розвитку брендів для імплементації проєкту “Fashion Park Ukraine: InterEUaction in light/textile/fashion industry sector” (форма № 1 для тендерної пропозиції додається)/Commercial offer according to clearly defined points specified in the list of tasks of an international fashion expert on business and brand development for the implementation of the project “Fashion Park Ukraine: InterEUaction in light/textile/fashion industry sector” (form No. 1 for the tender proposal is attached)
• Копії реєстраційних документів (виписка з ЄДР про державну реєстрацію, свідоцтво/довідка платника податків, інші дозволи, ліцензії та документи за наявності)/ Copies of registration documents (excerpt from the United State Register on state registration, tax payer’s certificate/certificate, other permits, licenses and documents if available).

Пропозиції надіслані (прямо, в копії, в прихованій копії) виключно або додатково на будь-які інші електронні адреси WUFIC ніж [email protected], будуть дискваліфіковані./Bids sent uniquely or additionally to any other WUFIC e-mail addresses than [email protected], directly or in cc, bcc, will be disqualified.

Комерційна пропозиція складається відповідно до наданої у цьому листі форми з датою, підписом уповноваженої особи, печаткою підприємства (за наявності), сканується або якісно фотографується;/The commercial offer is made in accordance with the form provided in this letter with the date, signature of the authorized person, the seal of the enterprise (if there is any), then it is to be scanned or qualitatively photographed;

Електронний лист, окрім вкладених документів, повинен обов’язково містити підпис з контактними даними відповідальної особи (прізвище, ім’я, номер телефону); In addition to the attached documents, the e-mail must contain a signature with the contact details of the responsible person (surname, name, telephone number) and the name of the company;

Усі документи мають бути надіслані у pdf форматі або іншому, що не передбачає редагування/All documents must be sent in pdf or other non-editable format.

Надсилайте тільки запитувані документи;/Send only requested documents;

- підтвердження про намір прийняти участь в тендері/confirmation for intention to participate in tender;

- відповіді у вигляді документів та/або інформації тільки після відповідного запиту WUFIC та чітко в межах запитуваної інформації/answers in form of documents and/or information  only after a corresponding request from WUFIC and only in frames of requested information.

Пропозицію надсилайте не пізніше дати та часу надання на адресу, вказану у запрошенні до участі. Пропозиції, які не відповідатимуть цим умовам, будуть відхилені/Please send the proposal no later than the date and time of submission to the address specified in the invitation to participate. Proposals that do not meet these conditions will be rejected;
