UNFPA в Україні шукає громадські організації для співпраці

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, an international development agency, invites qualified organizations to submit proposals for the implementation of the UNFPA Country Programme for Ukraine for 2018-2022 and UNFPA Ukraine Humanitarian Response Plan 2022. The purpose of the Invitation for Proposals is to identify eligible non-governmental organizations for prospective partnership with the UNFPA Country Office for Ukraine to support the achievement of results outlined in section 1.3 below.

Organizations that wish to participate in this Invitation for Proposals are requested to send their submission through email with a subject: “UNFPA Invitation for Proposals” to the following email address: [email protected]

The deadline for accepting proposals is 06.00 p. m. 18 April 2022. Proposals received after the date and time may not be accepted for consideration.

Applications must be submitted in English.

Any requests for additional information must be addressed in writing by 14 April 2022 at the latest to Kateryna Tryodiial, Programme Associate, [email protected]. UNFPA will ensure responses to queries or clarification in the written form before the deadline for submission of applications.

UNFPA shall notify an applying organization whether it is considered for further action.

Interested organizations are requested to send their submission through email with a subject: “UNFPA Invitation for Proposals” to the following email address: [email protected] by 18.00 18 April 2022 enclosing the information listed below (please attach documents signed by the Chief Executive Officer as scanned copies in pdf format):

- Expression of interest letter explaining how the organization meets all the requirements and its comparative advantages (Invitation for Proposals – Attachment I: NGO Profile and Programme Proposal;

- Full legal name, address and contact information of applying organization;

- Copy of provisions of legal status of the NGO in Ukraine (applies to both national and international NGOs);

- Documented fulfilment of tax obligations and tax registration/EDRPOU number;

- Brief summary of results achieved by the organization in the last 3 years (as a separate document);

- Latest annual report and audit report as separate documents or hyperlink to the documents;

- Organizational structure chart (organigramme) and description of field presence in the project regions.

Proposals received after the date and time may not be accepted for consideration.
