With this request, we ask you to provide a price proposal for providing a package of logistic services for the organizing of conferences, accommodation of participants, ticket booking services, transportation services, ect. (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) for the International Technical Assistance Project “Enhancing Global Health Security: Strengthening Public Health Surveillance Systems and Preparedness Globally” (hereinafter – “ICAP”).

The deadline for submitting a quotation is 4:00 p.m. local Kyiv time on September 12, 2024.
The quotation must be valid for a period of 3 (three) months commencing on September 12, 2024.
ICAP will select the Participant whose bid will meet the quality and price criteria.
