Prospective Offerors:

Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects LLC, (“Deloitte”) invites you to submit a proposal to provide services for the construction of the generators at the Chernihiv Oblast Children’s Hospital (Site 1a) in support of the USAID Ukraine Generator Installation. Proposal procedures and instructions are enclosed and made a part of this request. 

To qualify for consideration, bidders must demonstrate an established presence in the Chernihiv region. This presence should be evident by active and previous projects in the area, confirming that the bidder has the local operational capacity to manage the project with the necessity for extensive travel.
