The e-Governance Academy (eGA) is looking for a digital transformation analyst to complement the Ukrainian team and help our Ukrainian partners to digitalize services.
Main responsibilities:
- define target audience of products;
- defining, collecting, and formalizing product requirements;
- creating business, functional and non-functional specifications;
- analyzing data and visualization of e-services provision;
- determining product analysis metrics and analyzing the obtained data;
- preparing reports and presentations;
- analyzing legal acts in order to understand how e-services are working;
- analyzing international research in the field of e-government and digital transformation;
- active participation in the process of development and implementation of software, e-services and interactions.
The suitable candidate will have:
- 2+ years of e-governance experience;
- upper-intermediate level of English;
- good knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- experience in developing business requirements and product acceptance criteria;
- experience in compiling requirements for the product;
- experience in creating entity relationships and ensuring smooth data flow;
- experience in modeling business processes (UML, BPMN is desirable);
- understanding the software development lifecycle and practices;
- excellent report preparation skills;
- good presentation and communication skills.
Will be an advantage:
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager;
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analysis or related fields;
- skills of developing infographics (g. MS Power BI, Adobe CC, CorelDraw, SketchApp)
