DAI is seeking highly qualified candidates to occupy LTTA position of Digital Transformation Assistant to work on the recently awarded Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector Activity (Pro-Integrity), a $90 million, multiyear contract funded by USAID.

PROJECT BACKGROUND 

The purpose of the Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector Activity (Pro-Integrity) is to reduce corruption incidence and risks to build back a better Ukraine. The Pro-Integrity Activity (also referred heretofore as the Activity) will work to achieve this purpose by addressing three independent objectives:

Strengthen national level anti-corruption institutional capacity to advance corruption prevention, detection, and deterrence;

Strengthen anti-corruption compliance and control in local governance;

Advance transparency and accountability in resilience, recovery, and reconstruction efforts.

The Pro-Integrity Activity will pursue a problem-driven approach addressing the root causes through targeted objectives aligned with the mission and U.S. government strategy.

Position Description 

The Digital Transformation Assistant will work under the Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) to support the digital team of the Pro-Integrity Activity. S/he will work with members of the digital and project team and cross-sector counterparts to assist with project planning, coordination, and reporting and facilitate communication among project and digital team members and stakeholders. In addition, the Project Assistant can be assigned, where appropriate, to support digital Pro-Integrity’s activities. 

 Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • In coordination with the digital team, design specifications and manage digital activities, ensuring they are delivered on time.  
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project documents, including reports, meeting agendas, and minutes 
  • Contribute to the monitoring and tracking digital project progress against milestones and deliverables.  
  • Assist in the development and updating of digital project work plans and schedules 
  • Participate in working meetings with partners and negotiations related to digital transformation and prepare minutes. 
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner.  
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned to implement the Pro-Integrity mandate. 

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, international relations, cyber security, digital transformation, or information technology is required. 
  • 2 years of relevant administrative, e-government, IT, or project support experience required 
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Ukraine’s digital infrastructure and information technology strategy initiatives is an advantage 
  • Experience in developing technical documents related to constructing information systems and their operation will be preferable 
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team of staff, partners, and stakeholders is an advantage 
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper Intermediate in English with excellent oral and written communication skills required.
