DAI is seeking qualified candidates for the Graphic Designer Consultant (STTA, Private Entrepreneur Status) to join USAID Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity’s team. Interested candidates should submit their application through the following portal:

Project Background
DAI Global is implementing the USAID-funded Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This project is designed to support Ukraine advance self-reliant local governance including legislative reforms, participatory strategic planning methodologies, service improvement, local economic development, civil society engagement, and capacity building of sub-national government entities. The Activity has three objectives:
- Objective 1: Ukraine’s system of local self-governance is increasingly institutionalized and effective
- Objective 2: More self-reliant subnational governance
- Objective 3: Citizens play an increasingly influential role in local governance processes
Objectives and Duties

The primary role of the Graphic Design Consultant is to support USAID HOVERLA by providing creative design services on an as-needed basis, in particular infographics, layout and other graphic design upon request for HOVERLA’s knowledge products and study reports in English and Ukrainian. The consultant will work closely with the HOVERLA Communications Team to ensure that graphics display technical information in a compelling, visually attractive and accurate way. level of effort and timeline The Graphic Designer position will be based in Ukraine. The level of effort (LOE) is up to 100 days on an intermittent basis between November 2022– November 2023. The LOE for specific pieces of work will be decided on a case-by-case basis. |
