The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine is seeking 5 qualified specialists for the positions:

1. Senior Project Manager – Team Lead (Terms of Reference)
2. Senior Project Manager – Grants / Loans (Terms of Reference)
3. Senior Project Manager- IFIs Projects (Terms of Reference)
4. Legal Expert (Terms of Reference)
5. Analyst (Terms of Reference)

The RST is part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)*program. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance program, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) 14 May 2024.

• Reference Letter from a recent/current supervisor (original in English or Ukrainian with
  English translation)
• Contact details of three further referees who, if contacted, can confirm the candidate’s
  professional and/or educational background.
