Experts for Payments Agency Team
The EU-funded project Institutional and Policy Reform for Smallholder Agriculture (IPRSA) is assisting the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine to establish an Agency for Agriculture Payments more in line with principles followed within the European Union. The positions for which applicants can apply are:
- Administration and On-the-Spot Control Specialist
- Rural Development
- Lawyer
- IT specialist

Applications are invited from individuals who meet the following requirements:
- University Degree in relevant subject
- Minimum of 2 years professional working experience in areas relevant to the post applied for
- Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian; knowledge of English sufficient for professional purposes
- IT literate
- Experience of working with an EU-funded project (or that of another donor partner) would also be an advantage.
Full training will be given to all successful applicants on EU approaches to agriculture payments.
Applicants are invited to send a CV and a short letter (in English) explaining (a) why he/she wishes to apply for the position, and (b) outline the skill and experience he/she would bring to the position.
