ENGin шукає Online Community Manager

ENGin is looking for an experienced professional (2+ years of relevant experience) to help build and manage our student and volunteer community. Remote job, part-time or full-time available.

Thousands of Ukrainian students and English-speaking volunteers participate in our online English program. Each student is paired with a volunteer for weekly 1-on-1 sessions – as such, student-volunteer pairs develop strong 1-on-1 relationships. We’d like to build out a broader ENGin community so that every student and volunteer feels that they are part of a big ENGin family. By doing so, we will increase motivation, satisfaction, and willingness to support the program (give feedback, share information with friends and classmates, etc).

Responsibilities:

- Develop a plan for our community that may have the following elements:

 – Themed group chats for students, volunteers, or both

Informal, fun online events for students, volunteers, or both
Occasional contests
Regular challenges inviting students and volunteers to share stories, photos, and videos on social media or group chats
Rewards/levels system rewarding active participation in all aspects of the program

 – Implement the plan, coordinating all chats, events, contests, challenges, etc.

 – Clearly communicate all possibilities to participants, using group chats, social media, email list, and new proprietary ENGin platform

 – Gather feedback and data and adjust/improve plans as needed

 – Collaborate with others as needed (for example, find and manage volunteers to moderate a themed chat; find a subject matter expert to lead a volunteer workshop, etc)

Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a large, active online community, ideally an international community with participants aged 13-25

 – Understanding of our target audience – their interests, needs, and what kind of content/opportunities will inspire high levels of interaction

 – Fluency in Ukrainian

 – English level of B2 or higher

 – Excellent communication skills

 – Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

 – Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamic changes in priorities and processes

 – Excited about our mission to transform Ukraine through English fluency

 – Stable internet connection in a quiet, professional space and computer with a camera and microphone

What you can expect from us:

 – Fully remote work

- Competitive salary based on the results of interview and skill set assessment

- Flexible schedule

- Experience in a fast-paced international organization

- Work in a young and professional team

- Various opportunities for professional development

Deadline for applications:
We are looking for someone who can start working ASAP, hence the applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
