ENGin is a nonprofit organization that pairs Ukrainian youth with English-speakers for free online conversation practice and cross-cultural connection. We work with students age 10-35 and volunteers age 14+.
We are helping a generation of young Ukrainians improve their spoken English and intercultural skills, making an impact on both an individual and a national level.
Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Student and Volunteer Support Agent, who has a high level of English, attentiveness to details, and strong problem-solving skills. While some of the queries we handle are simple technical issues or basic questions about the program, many involve complex, open-ended issues between students and volunteers. Job responsibilities:

Providing high-quality support to students and volunteers via emails
-
Updating participant information on database and online platform
-
Prioritizing support queries and escalating issues to appropriate internal teams
-
Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve problems in written form
This is you:
-
1+ years of experience in the Customer Support or Customer Success field
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
Effective in high-pressure situations with good time management skills
-
Ability to collaborate with team members in a full-remote team

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
It will be a plus:

Knowledge of Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
-
Experience of working/volunteering in NGO

Experience in English tutoring
