Nature of Consultancy: Under the overall supervision of the CBMM Programme Coordinator, and the direct supervision of the IMMIS Project Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of the EU-funded project “Support for Migration and Asylum Management in Ukraine” (IMMIS).

Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Provide informal translation (English/Ukrainian/Russian).
- Provide ad hoc interpretation (English/Ukrainian/Russian).
- Provide logistical support in organization of meetings/events (including preparation of relevant materials, arranging coffee breaks, drafting minutes from the meetings etc.).
- Provide logistical support for the visits of foreign experts visiting Ukraine.
- Perform other relevant duties as may be assigned.
- Keep project folders in order.
- Format, scan and print documents.
- Provide support to programme visibility.
- Assist with the overall implementation of the IMMIS project.
Desired qualifications:
Education and Experience: Graduate or bachelor’s degree. Basic knowledge and interest in the field of migration and asylum are welcomed. Technical mastery of the following software programs: MS Word, Outlook, Excel. Applicants should be between 19 and 36 years old and have less than two years of relevant working experience.

Languages: Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
