Position Summary

PMCG Ukraine seeks a qualified staff for PIU for the project aimed at rehabilitation of the landfill and construction of new engineered sanitary landfill cells in compliance with the EU standards.

Qualifications requirements for Solid Waste Specialist (Design)

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification and with preferably 10 years of relevant experience in construction and rehabilitation of landfills and construction of new MRFs and composting facilities.
• Significant knowledge of leachate treatment, landfill gas production, RDF production as well as relevant professional accreditations/ qualifications.
• Familiarity with local conditions in Ukraine and/or the Eastern European, former Soviet Republic and/or Baltic countries is considered an advantage. Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is considered an advantage
