IWPR Ukraine шукає Social Media Manager, Ukraine
ЗАВЕРШЕНО
The Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR) is an independent not-for-profit organisation working to empower local voices on the frontline to drive positive change in areas of conflict, crisis or transition in nearly 30 countries around the world. Since our founding during the Balkans conflict in 1991, IWPR has helped civic activists, human rights defenders, women’s rights advocates, and independent journalists make their voices heard and drive positive change in MENA, Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.
IWPR has been active in Ukraine since 2014, responding to the urgent demand for more balanced conflict reporting and journalists’ safety and security skills. Since then, we have expanded our programming to support regional media and investigative journalism centers. This includes a range of anti-corruption and civic oversight initiatives tackling transparency and accountability issues and fostering collaboration between civil society and the media. Our work in the country seeks to respond to the needs of local citizens and empower them to claim their rights, promoting cross sectoral collaboration and regional level networks to maximise the impact and learning from programmes.
The Role:
IWPR seeks a Social Media Manager to manage the project’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies, with focus on Twitter for the European audiences.
