Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and executing communication strategies for Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
• Managing content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
• Preparing detailed technical briefs for the communication team (designers, content creators, videographers) and overseeing their execution
• Coordinating media outreach and ensuring consistent promotion of our events and projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with media partners, influencers, donors, and other stakeholders
• Supporting the Managing Director with communication-related tasks for grant proposals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and communication skills in Ukrainian and English (preferably C1+)
• Extensive knowledge of social media marketing principles
• A results-oriented approach, creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience in communications, PR, or social media marketing (NGO experience is a plus)
• Experience with donor-funded projects is desirable
• Proficiency in tools like Canva (Figma, Photoshop, etc), Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, WordPress.
