PMCG is currently seeking a Finance/Disbursement Specialist for EBRD-funded tender: Khmelnytskyi Trolleybus Project – Project Implementation Support. The overall objective of the Khmelnytskyi Trolleybus Project is to acquire new trolleybuses, spare parts, monitoring system, and service equipment in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. The consultant’s main tasks in this assignment include assisting with the capacity building of the PIU, procurement, preparation of technical specifications, tendering, and contract implementation, compliance and reporting obligations, and environmental and social implementation support. The upgrade of the trolleybus fleet and related infrastructure will improve the quality and reliability of public transportation services, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance the safety of public transport users.

Position: Finance/Disbursement Specialist

Requirements:

• Sc. degree in finance (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years professional experience with IFI projects in Ukraine.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of IFI disbursement and accounting procedures.
• Experience in transport related projects would be an advantage.
• Working experience in EBRD funded project would be an advantage.
