Pact seeks a consultant on data visualization at online Portal of Strategic Information on gender equality and women’s rights for the GAC-funded project “Women of Ukraine: heard, capable, resilient”.
Main purpose of consultancy/technical support
- Within the framework of the M&E working group at online Portal of Strategic Information on gender equality and women’s rights:
-Propose, negotiate, and agree with the group members the frame for indicators for visualization on the Portal with the group members.
-Propose, negotiate, and agree with the group members the set of indicators for visualization on the Portal.
- Develop SOW for online Portal development for IT-specialist.
- Provide programmatic support to the IT specialist during the Portal development process.
- Collect and verify data on defined set of indicators for visualization on the Portal.
Deliverables
- Frame of indicators for visualization on the Portal approved by M&E group.
- Set of indicators for visualization on the Portal approved by M&E group.
- SOW for IT-specialist for online Portal development.
- Excel file with retrospective data on defined indicators.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:
- Deep knowledge and experience in gender equality and women’s rights issues
- Deep knowledge of data related to gender equality and women’s rights issues available in Ukraine
- Strong experience in data collection
- Strong writing and speaking skills in both Ukrainian and English
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
