This assignment is part of the UNDP’s project to strengthen Ukraine’s government system for crisis management and early recovery and ensure sustainability, effectiveness, and transparency in crisis and emergency coordination. Additionally, the project aims to support to local communities to establish a swift, effective, inclusive and accountable process for recovery and reconstruction of critical infrastructure for effective service delivery to citizens.
Requirements for candidates:
- 3 years of experience in partnership building, crisis and emergency response, community development.
- Experience in development of comprehensive event agendas that ensure smooth flow, optimal engagement, and alignment with event objectives is highly desirable.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, presentations, and sessions to create a cohesive event program and to coordinate multiple stakeholders is highly demanded.
- Demonstrable accuracy and meticulousness in document production and editing. Possess a solid commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- A high degree of self-motivation with the ability to operate with minimal supervision is essential.
- The candidate must possess a keen sense of security awareness and adhere to safety protocols.
- Solid computer literacy, encompassing proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word), email, and internet usage. Familiarity with database management and general office technology is a plus.
- Master degree or equivalent in economics or related field is required.
- Ukrainian, Level: Fluent, Required
