The Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” (CO CF SSS) announces an open competition for the position of Multi Purpose Cash Assistance Manager.

Since 2015, The Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation Stabilization Support Services has been supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as developing social assistance and human rights protection institutions in our country.

The team of CO CF SSS works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level – with the involvement of our national experts. 

Our main focus is the work with internally displaced persons, as well as vulnerable categories of the population.

Employment: full-time (remotely)

Responsibilities :

• Launch of the cash component of the project and development of procedures and standards for organizing the cash withdrawal process in the regions.
• Develop standard operating procedures for identifying, registering, and verifying cash beneficiaries in accordance with organizational and industry standards.
• Providing technical guidance and organizing the process in the regions regarding the cash component of the project .
• Manage the cash component in collaboration with the project’s finance department.
• Analysis of cash distribution mechanisms in accordance with the project implementation plan.
• Introduction and improvement of processes that promote cash distribution in the regions.
• Conducting an assessment of the component’s performance, including data collection and analysis, preparation of reports, risk assessment, and payment mechanisms for project implementation.
• Support of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department in project reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in economy/finance/accounting;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian (oral and written);
• Experience in humanitarian / cash projects will be an advantage;
• Understanding IDP topics;
• Flexibility in work, willingness to manage high work load.
