Національний/а координатор/ка, програма “Всетурбота”

We are seeking a passionate National Coordinator to lead our “Vseturbota” program, which is dedicated to developing and expanding integrated medical and social care services for homebound individuals with chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Ukraine.

This program uniquely combines medical and social care delivered by nurses and social workers directly to individuals in their homes.

Since its inception in 2023, the program has already reached over 11,000 people across several regions of Ukraine, including Rivne, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Poltava.

The “Vseturbota” initiative is part of a broader effort supported by the Ukrainian-Swiss “Act4Health” project, implemented by the One Health agency with support from the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine.

Over the next four years, the program will focus on:

- Operating 8 integrated medical-social teams in 6 regions to provide home based care services.

- Training and developing social workers, care workers, and nurses.

- Supporting caregivers through peer-to-peer sessions and informational resources.

- Ensuring the sustainability of these services in communities across 6 regions.

- Collaborating with government ministries to develop policies for integrated services at the national level.

- Advocating for the program through national and regional events.

- Running communication campaigns and other projects to enhance program outcomes.

 Job Description

Program Management and Coordination:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute program activities in alignment with the Act4Health project plan, working closely with the Act4Health Project Manager and the Vseturbota team within the One Health agency.

- Ensure the program meets its timelines and stays within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community groups.

- Lead regular meetings to ensure smooth implementation and communicate progress.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead a team of national and regional experts, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

- Organize team-building activities and training sessions to enhance team performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at both the national and regional levels.

- Represent the program at meetings, conferences, and other important
events.

- Advocate for policy changes to support the program’s objectives.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Track progress and prepare reports as needed.
- Ensure program outcomes are on target, and proactively address any issues that arise.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health or social sectors.

- Language: Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Skills:

- Strong project management, leadership, and team management skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and financial management.

- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder engagement experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
