Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems and transforming markets into a force for development. Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

As a part of activity aimed on sustaining provision of essential primary health care services Pact seeks a consultant to set up a model of multidisciplinary mobile teams in Chernihiv region.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

• Develop a model of multidisciplinary mobile teams that include:
  - List of equipment
  - Team composition
  - Approach to service delivery model

Deliverables

1. Developed model of multidisciplinary mobile teams

Period of performance

January  – February 2023

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university in medicine is required.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare.
• Broad understanding of essential health care needs with a focus on war-affected regions.
• Experience in service delivery on deoccupied territories.
• Ability to collaborate well with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments and work with and between different stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and consensus building.
