Наша команда шукає комунікаційницю/комунікаційника для підготовки та написання історій змін людей і організацій, а також розробки комунікаційних матеріалів для заходів та за результатами проєкту.

Консультант/консультантка працюватиме із двома проєктами: Крила (Жінки залучені: шлях до зростання та економічної безпеки) https://pactukraine.org.ua/sites/default/files/pdf/Project%20Description_WINGS_UKR.pdf, “Жінки України” https://pactukraine.org.ua/sites/default/files/2019-06/women%20of%20ukraine_ukr.pdf.

Основні напрямки роботи консультанта/консультантки:

1. Підготовка та написання історій змін успішних учасниць проєкту Крила (2500-3000 символів кожна). Орієнтовна кількість таких історій – 20. Орієнтовні терміни робіт – березень, серпень, вересень 2023, лютий, березень 2024.
2. Координація створення відео-історій про успішних випускниць проєкту Крила (написання коротких історій для відеографа, підготовка запитань для героїнь, координація роботи за необхідністю). Не більше 4 відео (кожне 3 хвилини). Орієнтовні терміни робіт – серпень, вересень 2023, лютий, березень 2024.
3. Написання текстових історій про організації-партнерки проєкту “Жінки України”. До 15 історій (до 4000-5500 символів кожна). Орієнтовні терміни робіт – жовтень, листопад 2023.
4. Участь у підготовці інформаційних матеріалів за результатами проєкту “Жінки України” (написання текстів, форматування, ілюстрація світлинами та інфографікою). Орієнтовні терміни робіт – червень, вересень, грудень 2023, березень 2024.
5. Підготовка інформаційних матеріалів для заходів проєкту “Жінки України” (написання, редагування, форматування). Орієнтовні терміни робіт – березень, червень 2023, березень 2024.

Період надання послуг з березня 2023 до березня 2024, до 90 робочих днів.

Background

Pact, Inc. is implementing “Women included: nurturing growth and security” (WINGS) and Women of Ukraine: Heard, Capable, Resilient projects with financial support from the Government of Canada.

The WINGS’ goal is enhanced economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalized living in Ukraine. The goal will be achieved through:

• Improved economic security of rural women and the most vulnerable or marginalized, especially those affected by the war.
• Strengthened employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for women and the most vulnerable and marginalized.

Pact implements WINGS project in 4 regions, 20 communities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava and Lviv regions).

Women of Ukraine: Heard, Capable, Resilient project project aims to increase the enjoyment of human rights by women and girls and the advancement of gender equality in Ukraine. The goal will be achieved through improved management, sustainability and performance of local women’s rights organization (WROs) in Ukraine and increased effectiveness of women’s rights platforms, networks, and alliances. 

Pact seeks a consultant to write stories of changes for WoU and WINGS projects, and prepare WoU project results and information materials.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

1. Writing short text stories of change about women – participants of WINGS project (interviewing women, writing, editing, taking pictures if needed), 2500-3500 characters each. Each story should clearly reflect the changes that occurred with the participant and the impact of the project on these changes. Estimated number of stories per year – 20. Up to 20 days. Approximate months of work – March, August – September 2023, February – March 2024.
2. Coordination of creating video stories about women – participants of WINGS project (preparing questions for an interview and a short story for a videographer, coordination with a videographer in creating a script, video processing, subtitling). Each video is 3 mins long. Up to 4 videos in total. Up to 6 days. Approximate months of work – August – September 2023, February – March 2024.
3. Writing text stories of change about WoU partner organizations (interviewing representatives of organizations, writing, editing, taking pictures if needed), 4000-5500 characters each. Estimated number of stories – 15. Up to 20 days (October, November 2023).
4. Preparation of WoU project results materials (writing, illustrating with photos and infographics, formatting) namely Grant Project Profiles document, Stories of Change Collection document. Up to 30 days (June, September, December 2023, March 2024).
5. Preparation of information materials for WoU project events (writing, editing, formatting). Up to 10 days (March, June 2023, March 2024).

Deliverables

1. Up to 20 short text stories of change about women-participants of WINGS project are written.
2. Up to 4 video stories about women-participants of WINGS project are created.

• Up to 15 text stories of change about WoU partner organizations are written.

1. Results materials of WoU project are prepared.
2. Information materials for WoU project events are prepared.

TECHNICAL MONITOR: Communication Officer

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:

1. Relevant experience in copywriting and communications.
2. Knowledge of gender issues, the needs of vulnerable women in Ukraine, women’s empowerment.
3. Strong communication skills, attentiveness to details.
