Deloitte is seeking a qualified candidate for the USAID State-Owned Enterprises Reform Activity in Ukraine (Ukraine SOERA) to serve as a PMO assistant/Recovery Team assistant. The position is full-time but requires a location in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Objective:
The PMO assistant will be responsible for performing diverse Team assistant/PMO assistant functions of the Recovery and Reconstruction team (R&R) of the SOERA project, including assistance in the design, development and implementation of the management system in USAID SOERA in accordance with the global standards in the field of information management.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and administrating the Ukrainian part of the SOERA team
- Establishing connections with external clients, executive assistants, and other internal staff to arrange agendas, reports, presentation materials, and assisting in scheduling meeting/conference participation
- Coordinating and compiling information for the meetings, conferences, and helping in generating reports from various stakeholders
- Exemplifying teamwork, cooperation, and proficiency in cross-functional and individual teams. Nurtures vital connections, engages and enlightens others within and outside the team
- Providing support in organizing internal meetings
- Carrying out miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks, collaborating with support services as needed for arranging catering, event logistics, and publication distribution
- Maintenance and administration of SOERA databases
- Administers and upkeeps databases/tools pertinent to SOERA
- Ensures the accuracy and quality of data inputs and adheres to Legal and Compliance protocols.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Team Assistant or Project Management Assistant or any position involved the project delivery process
- Fluent in English — spoken and written
- Self-motivated and deadline-sensitive with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication and time-management skills
- Adeptness with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) is at an Intermediate to Advanced level
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Adaptability in dynamic environments, showcasing sound judgment and decision-making even in challenging circumstances
