Project Coordinator/ Координатор(ка) проєкту

IZOLYATSIA. Platform for Cultural Initiatives (IZOLYATSIA) is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time Project Coordinator position in Kyiv.

Purpose:

Project Coordinator handles administrative and operational tasks under the direct supervision of the Project Leader during all implementation period. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall project planning and oversees partner’s planning process,
• Oversee communication campaign congruence with all necessary documentation and logical matrix,
• Directly work with the project’s logical matrix and planned results under defined activities,
• Contribute to the organization of project events and stakeholders meetings, drafts minutes, follow ups, and reports,
• Contribute to the monitoring process, collecting and processing data,
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• A bachelor degree in the field of public administration, economics, law, project management, culture or other relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Experience working and interacting with local authorities, private‐sector partners, representatives of civil society, and other donor agencies.
• Knowledge of regional development and local self-government.
• Understanding of the civil society sector, its actors and environment.
• Working knowledge in English, Russian and Ukrainian language.
• Work experience with European Delegation to Ukraine or other international organizations.
