The Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services”” (CO “CF “SSS”) announces an open competition for the Project manager position.

About us:

Since 2015, The Charitable Organization "Charity Foundation Stabilization Support Services has been supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as developing social assistance and human rights protection institutions in our country. The team of CO CF SSS works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level – with the involvement of our national experts. Our main focus is the work with internally displaced persons, as well as vulnerable categories of the population. Working in CO CF SSS is an opportunity to join the processes of institutionalization of social assistance and human rights, as well as an opportunity to help tens of thousands of people who now need support. Our organization is constantly growing and is looking for new projects where you can implement a variety of skills — both at the national level and in partnership with international organizations.

Employment: full-time, remotely

Responsibilities:

1. Develops project documentation and prospective projects for consideration by the donor and partners.
2. Performs general project management and communication with representatives of the donor organization.
3. Ensures the planning and implementation of activities provided for by the project.
4. Prepares reporting, information-analytical documents on the implementation of the project and its components every month.
5. Ensures implementation of the project’s financial plan and budget.
6. Ensures the analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of project implementation.
7. Ensures the correctness of reporting documentation and the reliability of the information contained therein.
8. Provides timely information at the donor’s request.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager;
● Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian (oral and written);
● Experience in NGO`s will be an advantage;
● Understanding IDP topics;
● Flexibility in work, willingness to manage high work load.
