Deloitte is seeking qualified candidates for the open position of SAP SRM researcher and developer in support of the USAID Health Reform Support project. The position will be done remotely.

Period of Performance: ASAP – September 30, 2023 (with the possibility of extension)

Project Description

The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) project is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective healthcare system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high-quality, evidence-based healthcare services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which includes:

1. Improve health sector governance.
2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
3. Strengthen the health workforce.
4. Enhance the health care system’s transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
5. Improve the service delivery system at all levels.

Background/Objective

The SAP SRM researcher and developer will ensure successful preparing detailed SoW and technical specifications for SAP SRM Trading Platform for the National Healthcare Service of Ukraine (NHSU).

Scope of Work

This activity seeks to work with NHSU, and the specifically identified resources, to help the organization understand the NHSU needs for SAP SRM Trading Platform implementation.

The activity will include research on the SAP SRM Trading Platform functional requirements, the current status of NHSU SAP ERP implementation, NHSU needs and expectations for SAP SRM Trading Platform and SAP ERP current modules integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Research on the NHSU Trading Platform’s current functional requirements, NHSU needs and expectations, and current NHSU SAP ERP solutions.
• Prepare detailed SoW, specifications, and technical solutions for all the functional requirements for NHSU Trading Platform

NHSU Trading Platform non-functional requirements

• The functional block must be developed at the SAP platform, module SRM, and integrated with the existing SAP ERP platform of the National Health Service of Ukraine
• The functional block must have Ukrainian-language interfaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using diplomatic and tactful language, even in stressful, time-sensitive situations.
• Minimum 3 years of previous configuration experience of system modules (SAP ERP, SAP SRM etc.), including knowledge of the basic processes of contract development, accounting, role setting and configuration debugging.
• SAP consultant and analyst experience in:
  -  implementation of a full cycle project to automate the supplier’s management process (Operational Contract Management, Service Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Plan-Driven Procurement, Catalog Content Management, Self-Service Procurement, Analytics.) based on SAP SRM and/or Sourcing solutions.
  - Formation of technical specifications, implementation and acceptance of developments based on SAP Web Dynpro
  - Participation in large projects for the implementation of SAP solutions with complex integrations and a large number of users (more than 4000)
• Development of SAP technical documentation and solutions
• Fluency in Ukrainian is a huge advantage
• Knowledge of contracting processes in accordance with the health insurance program will be an advantage.
• Ability to work outside of standard business hours on an as-needed/required basis.
