Спеціаліст/ка з моніторингу та оцінки / Monitoring and evaluation specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Manager, establish and maintain the overall measurement system for the project to include outcome measures at the end of the project.
• Development of the M&E Plan for the project, including decision on and definition of key indicators, targets and systems for measurements, ensuring all interventions are designed with M&E plans and activities
• Collect, aggregate, analyze and present data about the project for learning and reporting to the donor.
• Assist partners to develop strong M&E systems to track programming to share with the donor.
• Provide training and mentoring to partners and staff to ensure the implementation of strong M&E systems.
• Organize scheduling and logistics of field data collection

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field required.
• Three years of demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation; experience in the analysis and reporting on program impact and implementation is highly desirable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the ability to organize the workload. Candidates should expect to work with people from all backgrounds to implement program objectives
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to prioritize multiple work assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment, to meet deadlines
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Experience and/or good understanding of donor and civil society organizations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Fluent Ukrainian language, and proficient English language.
