Pact seeks a consultant to develop and deliver 2-day employability skills training for trainers (TOT) for  the GAC-funded project Women Included: Nurturing Growth & Security (WINGS) which is aimed at enhancing economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalized living in Ukraine.

Pact partnered with three leading Ukrainian NGOs that will implement the WINGS project in four regions of Ukraine. Pact will strengthen the capacity of implementing partners, to deliver the project’s service package that includes employability skills training for women beneficiaries of the project.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

• Develop training package for 2-day TOT on employability skills that include training agenda, facilitation guide, training materials and presentations.
• Deliver 2-day training of trainers to project’s implementing partners. 

Deliverables

1. Developed training package.
2. Completed training report.

Timeline:

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: November 1 -– December 15, 2020

TECHNICAL MONITOR: Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSULTANT:

1. Relevant experience in developing employability skills programs that include but are not limited to analysis of the existing labor market; career orientation; resume development, preparation for job interviews, negotiating terms and conditions, etc;
2. Knowledge of gender issues and the needs of vulnerable women in Ukraine.
3. Experience in conducting trainings with the focus on adult learning techniques.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
