TSF is looking for a highly motivated Content Manager to join our team and help us to deliver reliable information to displaced populations in Poland.

The project consists in the installation of screens that provide relevant information to refugees hosted at the Blue Dots, safe spaces for children, women and families set up in different Polish cities and managed by the United Nations High Committee for the Refugees and the United Nations Children’s Fund.

The specific objective is to strengthen the protection and increase the safety of displaced populations in Poland fleeing the armed conflict in Ukraine by:

· Supporting their ability to make informed decisions
· Giving them access to accurate, trustful and timely information
· Increasing their psychological well-being

The Content Manager will be based in Poland or Ukraine (with frequent visits to Poland). This is a part-time, contractor position.

Main tasks

· Establish and maintain contact with operational partners providing information
· Select and organize information materials coming from external sources
· Define Blue Dots profiles in terms of information needs.
· Create playlists on the system in an organized manner, using available information materials
· Gather information to cover emergent voids to respond to beneficiaries needs.
· Match playlists and Blue Dots in accordance with defined profiles.
· Design basic graphic information materials with information coming from 3rd parties, or internal evaluations.
· Produce informative graphic materials when requested by the coordinator, or the HQ.

Job requirements / skills

· Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or proven proficiency on Graphic Design.
· Sensitivity to the humanitarian action
· Management of video editing software / Basic video editing skills.
· Management of Office packages (Excel / Word…).
· High oral and written level of Ukrainian and English languages.
· Soft skills: responsible, autonomous, organized, able to plan and anticipate, work as a team, rigour and respect for deadlines.
· Valid Passport

· Active driver’s license.
· ICT skills
· Ukrainian speaking
