Consultant for development and administration of project multilanding and chatbots in Telegram

 Scope of Work

Period of Performance: October, 2023 – April, 2024 (up to 3 days per months, up to 21 days)

Project Overview:

The international non-profit organization Pact Inc. operates in 40 countries, implementing international technical assistance programs. In its work, Pact uses an integrated adaptive approach to create a better future for communities facing the challenges of poverty and marginalization. Pact builds systemic solutions in partnership with local organizations, businesses and governments.

Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improved prevention, testing and linkage to care among key and priority populations.

Deliverables

Community Action for HIV Control project seeks for Consultant to perform the following tasks:

1. Assist in multilanding improvements and administering.
2. Full circle for chatbot and administering.
3. Working with functionality related to user motivation for testing: analysis and recommendations, new chains and triggers implementation.
4. Integration of additional services as requested by the project team

On all Services the Vendor shall:

1. Collaborate with the Project’s Communications team in writing technical specifications.
2. Have the ability to complete the tasks related to website and chatbot functionality.
3. Deliver time-sensitive updates.

 Deliverables:

1. Recommendations for improvement are provided, and the agreed changes are implemented.
2. Databases needed to optimize resources created.
3. Digital resources administered on an ongoing basis, problems reported and fixed.
4. Functionality related to user motivation for testing analyzed, recommendations provided, new chains and triggers implemented.
5. Development of new and modification of existing functionality for the project needs.

 Personnel Requirements:

• Experience with the most popular automation services and websites/chatbot platforms (WordPress, SendPulse).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Experience with process automation services (such as Make ex. integromat).
• Knowledge of popular no-code tools for process automation, marketing, and web and mobile application development.
• Strong skills in working with office software for working with data and Google services such as google sheets.
• Experience in writing technical specifications and describing processes in the form of flowcharts.
• Strong writing and speaking skills in both Ukrainian and English.
• Analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible.
• Interpersonal skills, punctuality, discipline and mindfulness.
