Вакансія: Consultants to prepare lecture materials and conduct training

Swiss TPH is co-implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Swiss TPH seeks a consultant to prepare lecture materials and conduct training on the following topics: “Evaluation of medical documentation and determination of vaccination status” and “Vaccination safety and the management of adverse events following immunization (AEFI), including reporting adverse reactions and AEFI.” The training will consist of two presentations on AEFI. Additionally, the consultant will address the topic: “Effective communication with patients: Why do patients refuse vaccination? Building a persuasive argument.” 

The training is titled “Vaccination in Pharmacies.” 03-07 February, 2025.

Main purpose of consultancy/technical support

• Create two presentations on the defined topics of classes (lectures) “Evaluation of medical documentation and determination of vaccination status” and “Vaccination safety and the management of adverse events following immunization” (2 parts); “Effective communication with patients: Why do patients refuse vaccination? Building a persuasive argument.”
• The trainer should conduct three sessions using the developed presentations: the first session lasting 2 hours, the second session lasting 4 hours, and the 3rd session lasting 2 hours. The format of the trainer’s participation is offline, in the classroom.
• The trainer should provide support for a day (4 hours) on one of the days of the training, answering questions from participants and ensuring that the material is effectively delivered. The trainer should also provide clarifications or additional information during each session, if necessary.

Period of performance: January 2025 – February 2025.

Requirements for the consultant (trainer):

• Develop professional presentations tailored to the training topics, using the designated template provided by the organizers.
• Ensure that each slide includes detailed speaker notes or a description to guide the trainers on what to explain or elaborate on during the session.
• Adapt the content to meet the needs of the target audience, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
• Incorporate visuals, infographics, and structured information to enhance understanding and support effective learning.
