Вакансія: Data Coordinator

Background
Alinea International has been contracted by the UK Government to establish a strategic communications support platform. This platform will support Ukraine government communications activities and priorities by assembling top talent in a format designed to meet the increased public demand for transparent communication caused by Russia’s illegal full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Scope of work:
The expert will ensure all activities are delivered in time and are appropriately documented. S/he is expected to work closely with the Deputy Team Lead and Research Team in Ukraine and participate in relevant project meetings. The broad scope under this position includes the following components:
• Support the Research Team in coordinating access to data from third party partners.
• Provide support and coordination to the Research Team as needed, including ensuring quantitative and qualitative data are cleaned, coded and ready to be analysed using software such as SPSS, nVIVO, etc.
• Ensure quantitative and qualitative data are cleaned, managed, stored and made available to the analytical team in a timely fashion.
• Support the production of timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, and studies as required by the Research Team.

Expert Profile:
The expert is expected to meet the following requirements related to her/his qualification, skills, and professional experience:
• Demonstrated experience in managing, cleaning and aligning data across multiple software platforms including both quantitative and qualitative tools.
• Experience in working with international development organisations and familiarity with campaign management and reporting in donor-funded projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of interpreting analysis to include its meaning, importance, and implications.
• Diligent professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks promptly and efficiently.
• You are a self-starter who takes initiative in processing data and developing target audience analysis and persona development.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian, written and spoken; proficiency in English is desired.

For contracting (after the job offer is made), the selected candidate is expected to be registered as a Private Entrepreneur of the 3d group (consultancy services).
