Position Description:
Under the supervision of the Realty Specialist, the incumbent manages the operational side of the Post realty program, which includes leased and government-owned real estate. This includes commissioning of newly leased housing, making preparations for incoming personnel, decommissioning and maintenance of existing leases and owned property. Maintains operational files for all properties in compliance with the FAM. Supervises operations team, which is comprised of two Housing Clerks (Maintenance) and one Work Order Clerk. Serves as on-call POC for maintenance emergencies on a rotational basis.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
3 years of progressively responsible experience in a real estate, logistics, customer service, hospitality management, or administrative field is required. This should include one year of supervisory experience.
Fluent in English and fluent in Ukrainian.
Must possess professional communication and negotiation skills, persuasion skills and highly developed planning, coordination and reporting skills. Developed computer user skills (MS Office applications) including Excel. Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively related to contracts. Must be able to work independently.
