Deloitte is seeking resumes for qualified candidates to serve as Videographer and Photographer to provide visual support to the USAID Health Reform Support communications’ stream activities. The position will be part-time, based in Kyiv with abilities to travel across all regions of Ukraine regions.  

Period of Performance: November 2021 –  September 2022

Project Background and Summary:

The purpose of the USAID Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:

1. Improve health sector governance.
2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
3. Strengthen the health workforce.
4. Enhance transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the health care system.
5. Improve service delivery system at all levels.

Objective

Videographer and Photographer will produce twelve video stories on most successful health care facilities (HCFs) functioning under new health financing reform.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Videographer and Photographer will be following:

• Development of 12 video stories of the most successful HCFs
• Preparing the script, captions of video success stories
• Capturing a wide range of photos covering key story line and main characters of each success story
• Securing the production of exciting, interesting and human-based video and photo content
• Ensuring that all requests and instructions from USAID Health Reform Support pertaining to creation of content and photography requirements are fulfilled
• Managing deadlines and fast-paced brief tasks

Qualification requirements:

• A good understanding of videography and photography and techniques with the desire and passion to continuously advance your knowledge
• At least 5-years of proven work experience as photographer with online media, printed media, TV and information agencies
• Experience working as photographer with international organizations, WBG Projects, USAID Projects and Government will be a plus
• Online videographer and photographer portfolio
• Excellent interpersonal communicational and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multitude tasks
• Excellent time management
• Ability to travel across Ukraine
