ACTED, французська гуманітарна організація, шукає спеціалиста, що приєднається до нашої команди на позицію Team Leader. 

Remuneration: from USD 635 before taxation

 Duty station: Sievierodonetsk

 Assignment: Under the supervision of the Senior Field Officer the incumbent is responsible for supporting the REACH team on field assessments, including planning, leading data collection teams, and providing capacity building for local authorities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in assessments planning, including preparing movement plans, order forms and other relevant steps;
• Coordinate field teams during data collection;
• Provide capacity, organizational and team building activities for enumerators;
• Prepare regular reports regarding ongoing activities;
• Undertake ad hoc data collection exercises;
• Participate in pieces of training and lessons learned activities, including preparation, conducting separate training sessions, taking notes, developing suggestions for improving;
• Provide practical capacity building support to local authorities and self-governance on data collection;
• Act as the focal point for day-to-day interaction with local authorities and self-governance at raion and local levels;
• Attend coordination meetings by request and take minutes of notes;
• Conduct administrative tasks as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in data collection and/or data processing and analysis
• Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Team work
• Attention to details
• Proactive approach to team support
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Awareness of the location of settlements of the Luhansk area is a plus
• English is a plus
• Previous experience with NGOs is a plus
