Reforming the State Market Surveillance and Consumers Rights Protection Systems in Ukraine initiative is aimed to enhance institutional ability of the government to enforce legislation on product safety and to solve problems hindering reformation and proper functioning of the state market surveillance and consumer rights protection systems in Ukraine.
Consumer Safety & Capacity Development Expert will provide analysis of current legislation on consumer rights protection in Ukraine and in the EU and advisory assistance in drafting legislation shaping new legal framework for this area with regard to the EU standards.
