Консультант з питань працевлаштування у БФ «Рокада»

 БФ «Рокада» оголошує вакансію консультанта з питань працевлаштування, далі – англійською. 

Responsibilities:

•  Monitoring of self-reliance grants provided to refugees;
•  Consultation of clients on employment issues;
•  Cooperation with employment centers (for obtaining qualification / retraining, searching a job, etc.)
•  Search for alternative opportunities for refugees to obtain vocational training  / retraining;
•  Organization and conducting of training and seminars for the of vocational guidance and the formation of job search skills;
•  Formation of a database of employers, informing employers on the rights of refugees;
•  Monitoring the labor market and analyzes job vacancies for the purpose of employing refugees;
• Accompaniment of refugees to government agencies / employers;

 Required Qualifications and Experience

 Education

• University degree in social, pedagogical, psychological sciences (Bachelor / Master);

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in implementing social programs;
• Welcomed experience in volunteer activities in the social sphere (with children, with people who are in difficult life circumstances);
• Master the basics of enterprise economics;
• Experience in writing business texts in English;
• Fluent in Windows, Internet, MS Office

 Languages

Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian (verbal and written);

   Personal qualities:

• Stress resistance;
• Culturally sensitive, tolerance to people of different nationalities and different religious views;
• High level of responsibility;
• To be ready to irregular working day;
• Ability to react quickly in stressful situations.
