Міжнародна організація Tdh оголошує вакансію оператора бази даних (далі – англійською).

International organization on child protection and health care Terre des homes (Tdh) is seeking for the Data Officer.

Location: Sieverodonetsk, Luhansk region

Position Type: Full-time

Deadline: Applications are viewed on an ongoing basis

Duration of the project: 5 months (December 2015 – April 2016)

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the elaboration of questionnaires and assessment tools together with the project staff.
  • Processes and compiles the beneficiary survey data in the software program.
  • Provides regular updates on data processing and analysis to the project management and field workers.
  • Coordinates with the regional/district departments of the Ministry of Social Policy to ensure accuracy of obtained information on target groups.
  • Supports field managers to communicate and coordinate effectively with local authorities throughout fieldwork.
  • Troubleshoots any issues related to approvals for public sector data collection.
  • Tracks survey progress.
  • Provides support to the community workers team during assessment process.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in data analysis;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Willing to locally travel;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is required, fluency in English is plus.
