The British Council, a leading international cultural organisation, is recruiting a full-time Sales Consultant, whose main duty is to secure excellent sales results whilst ensuring a high quality customer experience in handling enquiries about our English language services and Exams, to act as British Council’s ambassador and provide top quality services to all customers meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver Sales & Customer Relations services in order to enable the Council to meet its sales targets.
Role Specific Knowledge & Experience
Minimum / essential
- Working with customers via phone, face-to-face, email
Desirable
- Experience with TCMS
- Experience in using CRM systems
Role Specific Skills
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Computing skills (MS Office, Excel)
Work Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday from 9.00 am till 17.30 pm or from 11.30 am to 20.00 pm
Saturday – from 10.00 am to 18.30 pm
Sunday – Monday are off
