Guest International Expert – USАID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Activity

The USAID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Activity (the Activity) is seeking experienced Guest International Experts to contribute and enhance the mission of its newly established Project Office. The Guest International Expert will strengthen resources and technical expertise available to a newly established Cyber Center that can be drawn upon as necessary to support ongoing or ad hoc activities within the organization to supplement its existing pool of skills, expertise, and bandwidth necessary to complete tasks within expected timeframes. This may include experience in implementation of international best practices relating to any areas in which the Cyber Center operates, or other necessary technical skills related to cybersecurity. Accordingly, the Activity is seeking Guest International Experts for several short or medium-term expert positions in preparation for upcoming activities, as required. The role may also entail critical support in establishing standard practices and policies for the new Cyber Center, as well as developing a variety of organizational, training, and technical plans, utilizing their respective skills and other key considerations in their technical area. Regional experience and knowledge of the Ukrainian cybersecurity landscape is preferred.
