Вакансії від Mercy Corps (Україна, різні локації)

About Mercy Corps

Mercy Corps is a leading global organization powered by the belief that a better world is possible. In disaster, in hardship, in more than 40 countries around the world, we partner to put bold solutions into action — helping people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities from within. Now, and for the future.

About our Program

The conflict in Ukraine has resulted in a mass displacement across Ukraine, including more than 3.2 million refugees outside of Ukraine and up to 6.5 million internally displaced. The circumstances and populations are constantly evolving with the conflict. While previously working in Ukraine, Mercy Corps is now reopening its registration and presence in Ukraine and is establishing offices and activities to support the Ukrainian people within Ukraine and in neighbouring Poland, Moldova and Romania. Our work includes partnering with local civil society and humanitarian response actors to ensure that resources get to where they are most needed, providing cash services to those in need, and other emergency response activities in a very fluid environment.

About our Team

Mercy Corps is currently interested in finding dynamic and highly motivated candidates to join our team in an array of different capacities.  A successful Mercy Corps team member will be highly-driven, good at problem solving, and will maintain strong cooperative relationships with other team members, interacting effectively and respectfully with fellow Ukrainian partners and a diverse team of international colleagues. A successful Mercy Corps team member can multi-task with good humor, meet deadlines, and process information in support of changing program activities. They are able to put emphasis on collaboration and cooperation during a highly intense and fluid work and security environment and commit to our values and commitments toward sharing decision making with affected communities and partners. The most successful Mercy Corps staff members have a strong commitment to teamwork and accountability, thrive in evolving and changing environments and make effective written and verbal communication a priority in all situations.
