Project Summary:
The Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions (SACCI) Program in Ukraine is a six-year USAID initiative that has an objective to assist Ukraine to reduce corruption and increase the accountability and transparency of governance in Ukraine. The program seeks to empower key government institutions to fight corruption, build public support for and engagement in anti-corruption efforts, and reduce citizen tolerance to corruption. SACCI works with the wide spectrum of anti-corruption stakeholders, including the specialized anti-corruption bodies, governmental institutions at national and local levels, the private sector, and civil society watchdog organizations. SACCI seeks to promote transparency and accountability during the Ukraine reconstruction efforts.

Position Summary:
Procurement Manager will support the SACCI program in Ukraine in terms of all project procurements, events logistics, and procurements within grants program. This is a full-time position for the period of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Program procurements including procurement under in-kind grants/ in-kind portions in cash grants.
- Serve as Head of all evaluation committee meetings within SACCI tenders.
- Manage the logistics of Program events.
- Maintain office inventory and procurement under grants files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting or other relevant area is required.
- Minimum three years relevant experience preferably at the multinational company is required.
- Prior experience with USAID-funded projects is required.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines are required.
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written are required.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
