Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Community Action for HIV Control. The project goal is to accelerate Ukraine’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control by 2030 by improved prevention, testing and linkage to care among key and priority populations.

Pact is inviting qualified Vendors to submit their proposals fo provision of services on development of methodology for assessment of regional policy barriers to Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) models implementation and conduct assessment in the regions where the Community Action for HIV Control project’s subgrantees provide services.

The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the instructions given in the files attached.

Your proposal RFP-4056-2023-01 should be submitted to [email protected] until 6.00 pm February 15, 2023. Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel).

All questions or clarifications regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to [email protected] no later than 6.00 pm on February 8, 2023.
