Pact is an International NGO with offices throughout the world with a mission to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems and transforming markets into a force for development. Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

As part of developing regional immunization plans, Pact seeks a company to conduct strategic sessions in target regions to develop regional immunization plan.  

The Vendor is expected to provide the following services:

• In coordination with Public health unit develop a plan for regional strategic sessions;
• In coordination with Public health unit facilitate regional strategic sessions in 8 focus project regions (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Odessa, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi regions);
• As a result of strategic sessions co-develop 8 regional immunization plans with rCDCPs and rHDs.
