Pact is an International NGO with offices throughout the world with a mission to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems and transforming markets into a force for development. Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Pact seeks a Vendor(s) to supply the Rapid Response Teams (hereinafter – RRT) equipment in order to support the state institution “Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” (hereinafter – the CPH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The selected Vendor(s) is (are) expected to supply the RRT equipment to the CPH. This procurement consists of two lots, that can be covered either by a single Vendor or different Vendors.
LOT 1. Personal protective equipment (PPE)
LOT 2. Sampling, storage and transportation

Pact encourages those Vendors to apply who are capable of providing equipment envisaged in one of the lots. Pact will consider such proposals and evaluate them.

Your proposal should be submitted to [email protected] until October 20, 2023, 18.00 (Kyiv time). Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel).

All questions or clarifications regarding this RFQ must be in writing and submitted to [email protected] till September 29, 2023, 18.00 (Kyiv time).
