Pact Inc реалізує проект Інновації для подолання епідемії ВІЛ, що фінансується USAID. Метою проекту є прискорення зусиль України щодо досягнення контролю над епідемією ВІЛ до 2030 року шляхом вдосконалення профілактики, тестування та зв’язку з наданням допомоги серед ключових і пріоритетних груп населення.

Про Позицію:

Працюючи під керівництвом фінансового директора, Фахівець(чиня) з фінансів допомагає забезпечити бухгалтерський облік та фінансовий аналіз, перевіряє підтверджувальну документацію та надає допомогу в поданні фінансової звітності відповідно до внутрішніх строків.

Ключові обов’язки: 

• Допомагати в веденні бухгалтерського обліку через облікову програму Pact відповідно до політики Pact, перевіряти точність інформації про витрати й облікових кодів проєкту;
• Готувати форми платіжних вимог для всіх банківських операцій відповідно до політики Pact і законодавства України;
• Проводити щоденні перевірки підтверджувальної документації для забезпечення її повноти, точності та повної відповідності нормам Pact, місцевому законодавству та вимогам USAID;
• Допомагати в підготовці та поданні фінансових звітів відповідно до політики Pact;
• Готувати податкові накладні з ПДВ та подавати їх до місцевих податкових органів відповідно до законодавства України, а також інші звіти за потреби;
• Нести відповідальність за ведення систем управління файлами, а також бухгалтерської та фінансової документації в електронних і паперових копіях, залежно від потреби;
• Готувати та подавати звіт про дрібні готівкові операції в обліковій програмі Pact відповідно до внутрішньої політики Pact;
• Забезпечувати відповідність записів про операції з майном журналу інвентаризації та підтверджувальній документації;
• Виконувати інші обов’язки за призначенням.

Основні вимоги:

• Вища освіта з бухгалтерського обліку, фінансів, бізнес-адміністрування або еквівалент;
• Принаймні 2 роки досвіду на подібній посаді;
• Робоча англійська (усна й письмова);
• Знання українських та міжнародних стандартів бухгалтерського обліку;
• Знання українського податкового, фінансового та трудового законодавства;
• Досвід роботи в фінансованому USAID проєкті буде перевагою;
• Досвід роботи з програмами для корпоративної бухгалтерії та пакетом Microsoft Office.

Бажані кваліфікації:

• Знання та розуміння донорської політики та норм;
• Відмінні організаційні навички;
• Продемонстрована здатність працювати – самостійно та як член команди – з широким колом людей, ситуацій та мов;
• Відмінні організаторські навички й уміння давати раду складному робочому навантаженню та дотримуватися дедлайнів;
• Відмінні навички спілкування;
• Діє на випередження, швидко мислить і здатний працювати з мінімальним контролем.

Position Purpose

Pact is seeking applications for the position of Finance Officer. Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer assists and supporting in providing accounting and financial analysis support, audits back-up documentation, and provides assistance in the submission of financial statements in accordance with internal deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling accounting through Pact accounting program in accordance with Pact policy, verifying accuracy of expenses, and project accounting codes;
• Prepare payment request forms for all bank transactions in accordance with Pact policy & Ukrainian legislation;
• Conduct daily reviews of backup documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and full compliance with Pact regulations, local law, and USAID requirements;
• Assist in preparation and submission of financial reports according to Pact policy;
• Prepare and submit VAT confirmation statements to local fiscal authorities according to Ukrainian regulations, other statements as needed;
• Responsible for maintaining the file management systems, and accounting and financial documentation in soft and hard copies as required;
• Prepare and submit a Petty Cash report in Pact accounting program per internal Pact policy;
• Ensure inventory entries respond to Inventory log and back up documentation;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
• 2+ years of experience on similar position;
• Working proficiency of English (oral, writing and reading);
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and international accounting standards;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian tax, financial and labor laws;
• Experience working on a USAID-funded project a plus;
• Experience with enterprise accounting software and Microsoft office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of donor policies and regulations;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Demonstrated ability to deal – independently and as a team member – with a wide range of people, situations and languages;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a complex workload and deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Pro-active, fast-thinker, and able to work with minimal supervision.
