Position Summary

The AT Hub Mobile Team Assistant will be responsible for processing requests for assistive products from healthcare facilities and clients. The AT Hub Mobile Team Assistant will provide simple assistive products under the supervision of the mobile team members and assist in the provision of complex assistive products. Together with the AT Hub Administrator, he/ she will be responsible for making follow-up phone calls with the clients and controlling the return of signed documents, and cooperating with the technical and program team to support the AT Hub activities.

Expected Duties and Responsibilities 

The AT Hub Mobile Team Assistant shall assume the following specific responsibilities for the length of the consultancy:

  • Support AT Hub Administrator in communication with beneficiaries via telephony and answering phone calls;
  • Process requests for assistive products received by telephone using an external assistive product request system;
  • Process telephone and electronic requests for the provision of assistive products  (mobility and self-care) received by the AT Hub team (except for complex assistive products) under the supervision of the Mobile Team Lead and Mobile Team Members;
  • Conduct follow-up calls with served beneficiaries, collect and maintain beneficiaries feedback in the relevant database;
  • Conduct calls to beneficiaries for receiving and collecting Service delivery satisfaction after the provision of the products;
  • Provide simple mobility and self-care assistive products to clients in the AT Hub or in healthcare facilities from the network under the supervision of a Mobile Team member;
  • Assist Mobile Team members in the provision of complex assistive products to clients in the AT Hub or in healthcare facilities from the network;
  • Work closely with the Mobile Team to develop travel schedules for the assistive products provision and prepare the necessary documentation;
  • Monitoring the return process of the beneficiaries ’s documents after the provision of assistive products;
  • Scanning and archiving of primary documents related to provision;
  • Assist in organizing educational events at the AT Hub or in healthcare facilities as needed;
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional practice of providing AT;

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation sphere (physical therapy, occupational therapy or other rehab specialty)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to solve problems
  • Proven drafting, writing, and reporting skills, confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Written and spoken fluency in Ukrainian
  • Knowledge of English will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working in an NGO environment.
